Grateful but not a fan

I had a last minute rotation come up in Tallahassee and was so grateful this spot was able to be rented in such short notice. However, I was not very pleased with this property during my stay. Upon move in, everything looked fine. However, the refrigerator started leaking on the first day and I also asked for the shower curtain liner to be replaced because I noticed it appeared worn/dirty. The light in the refrigerator also went out. I was told maintenance would be coming to take care of these tasks several times and it was never done. The wifi also barely worked. I was informed that they tried to add boosters and increase the range but it was never reliable, leading to several dropped or spotty Zoom calls for class. Overall, this was livable and in a decent location but I was not a fan of ignored requests as a tenant. I have stayed in three different FF rentals and this is the only one I would not recommend.

Nice Rental with Fenced Back Yard

I have been in two properties at The Casitas. Sold a home after 27 years and needed a place to stay while looking for a new area and home in which to retire. From first contact I found P to be great to work with. Answered my questions and always responded quickly. Even now, months into this and nearing the end of my stay, a text or call is answered quickly. I had not rented an apartment since college in the 1970's and had no idea what to expect. I found representation at other management firms cold and difficult to deal with. To me "Welcome Home Properties" is P and she has been friendly and helpful anytime I have needed assistance. In fact I have found alll those I have met (D and P as well as P) to be very personable and that goes a long way in my book.

Wonderful place and Terrific management

This is a wonderful place. The management and, especially P, was always very helpful and nice. They didn't bother us unless something needed to be done and the apartments are very cute. One neighbor was ALWAYS a complainer; if something didn't seem to go her way you would know. She even left mean notes on people's doors yet never worried when she was noisy or not being neighborly. All my other neighbors were friendly and happy. Very quiet neighborhood and very convenient to everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic place!

This was the perfect place! Off a side street and nice and quiet. Could not hear anything from the condo I was attached to, and the street was great for walks. Everything that I needed was furnished for me and I was able to move in without stressing out. P was the manager abd she was very responsive. There were a couple of things that needed repair and they were fixed quite quickly; I was impressed. Very friendly person and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Experience

The property is well kept. Management accepts text messages or calls with concerns any time day or night and responds very quickly. Management is extremely friendly, helpful, and very understanding of travel nurse schedules and very patient and accepting of renewal notices. I hope all my furnished finder experiences are as great as this one! Thank you P and everyone else for a stress free stay! I will hopefully be back one day!

Read title. P did not turn out to be like M at all. She was always busy with her own dog kennel business, doesnt seem to care about the fact youre renting a unit and when things go wrong, they need to be fixed and not told theres nothing that can be done because she, doesnt live around there. There are quite a few things that genuinely upset me about this property manager (&no P its not bc I was told I needed to be out by 11am on the 31st, I typed this beforehand&have proof)The units themselves are nice and cozy. Things are quite loud around this area (I am definitely sensitive to sounds, but my boyfriend is not- and even he finds this place to be noisy). Theres a daycare right next door that has re-opened, and there seems be a lot of construction that goes on in the surrounding area. I dont want to deter people from here at all, I just want to give an honest review of what happened when I lived there for nearly 2 years. Patty made me feel like an inconvenience.

Perfect!

My husband and I loved this property! I am a traveling nurse and this space was home to me, my husband, and our dog for about six months. Meagan was awesome and very accommodating! We enjoyed the quietness of the street with the permanent residents. Just about everything we needed was included! We definitely enjoyed our time here and if we are back in the area, we will be looking at these properties again!

A very nice place to stay .. The property manager M was very accommodating..The property was clean and well kept and in a great location .. Enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it .. Thanks M for Everything !!

Sweet and cozy

This is the perfect home away from home for the traveling professional. Convenient location to local hospitals, restaurants and shopping. I love the walk in shower, great water pressure. My favorite spot was the comfy reclining sofa, lots of naps taken there. Safe and quiet neighborhood. M was responsive, super friendly and the best property manager. If you are looking for a home away from home while working in Tallahassee, I highly recommend The Casitas #101!

Nice Unit/Property

This is a great little unit! Perfect for 1-2 people (probably more 1 person for a full time stay). Has a cute backyard and patio to sit on. I stayed in the Casitas for around 8 months, and all I can say is that Meagan, the landlord, is WONDERFUL. If you need anything, any time of the day, she is on the other end of the phone helping. Nice cleaning service. Fairly quiet surroundings. Normal traffic noises can be heard. But overall, a great stay. Highly recommend! :)

Perfect stay

This is a wonderful little apartment that was exceptionally clean, adorably decorated, and had blazing internet (great for those days I worked remotely). M was an amazing "host" and responded within minutes the few times I had questions. The apartment was stocked with the basics I needed until I could get to the grocery store, the A/C was frosty cold, and the walk-in shower was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the Tallahassee area!!

Rats

Rented this casita for a few months, to then come home from a shift and find rats had rummaged through all of our food on the counters and paw prints on the clothing in our suitcases. This place is pretty old w lots of holes/cracks in the foundation, allowing for rodents and a lot of bugs to come in. The property manager, M is super sweet and responsive. However I would still not recommend this casita. Also, the living room couch stinks and the bed is terribly uncomfortable and noisy.
