Amazing place to live!

I stayed at this property for about 6 months and I have nothing negative to say about it! It is walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. It is also right on the riverwalk,so it was perfect for walks with my dog. It was a very short drive to Renown where i worked. There are great views from the balcony. The building is very secure, so i felt safe living there alone. Mike was amazing to rent from! He was responsive and kept me updated on anything that was happening in the building. I met many of the other residents in the building and they were all very pleasant. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Reno.

Wonderful location and hospitality!

I stayed at the property for about 6 months and it was the best! The views and sunsets from the balcony are incredible! It is within walking distance of almost everything that you want to do and has a beautiful walking path just outside the front door along the river. The city of Reno hosts so many events that we were able to walk to as well. The property owner was kind and helpful with anything that was needed and questions we had! It is a quick and easy drive to Renown regional as well!

I've been travel nursing for over three years, and M has definitely been the best landlord! He's very attentive, always responds quickly. The condo is on the ninth floor with a beautiful view from the balcony! Walking out the front, you have a lovely view of the river (one of my favorite things about the property) It's close to lots of local restaurants and a cute little co-op behind the property. Highly recommend!!

awesome place!

Awesome place in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars downtown. Right on the river walk. I had my dog with me to the river walk was great to have so close! The place itself is super cozy and comfortable. Great mountain views from the patio and rooftop. I worked at Renown and it was a super close drive there. Met a few residents in the building and they were all very nice! I would highly recommend this place and hope I can find something like it with my next destination!

Great, cozy spot on the river

Mike is a great host and responds in a timely manor. The house has everything you could need for a pleasant stay! Love the balcony and the amount of sunlight that comes through is perfect for all day, natural light
