Amazing!

I have enjoyed my stay here for last few months! Marie has gone above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect! The place has everything you need, especially in the kitchen! Marie even helped me with my dog as he transitioned to a new environment while I worked night shift! Cant say enough good things about this place! 10000% recommend!

Home away from home

We had the pleasure of renting from Marie for 6 months and it was truly a wonderful experience. We wanted a home away from home and this place had it all! The location was absolutely perfect, providing a great mix of convenience and tranquility. Our dogs particularly loved the spacious yard, which gave them plenty of room to run and enjoy the outdoors. We also felt incredibly lucky to have formed a genuine friendship with Marie and her husband during our stay. They were always kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their dog was a delight tooour dogs had a blast playing with him! In addition to all that, the amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the little touches that made the space feel like home. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and were so grateful for the opportunity to have lived here. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! 10/10

My wife, our dogs, and I had an absolutely wonderful stay for a few months in this beautifully furnished place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Marie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent space and wonderful hosts!

My husband and I stayed here for a 1-year work project while living in Nashville temporarily. It felt very much like a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we possibly needed, the space was comfortable and very spacious, especially with the private porch and yard. I walked my dog in the neighborhood everyday and always felt safe. It was so convenient being close to both downtown and the airport, while still feeling like we were in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas. M and M were so thoughtful and easy to communicate with, we're very grateful they made our stay so enjoyable!

Phenomenal Stay!

M and M are the best hosts and have made this apartment into a home away from home. The apartment is completely furnished with all and any supplies/basics I needed for my three month stay. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and coziness of the apartment. Although it is a basement apartment, I did not feel like I was living underneath anyone, the place was quiet and very bright and open. The apartment has a lovely relaxing backyard and private deck to enjoy. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located 10 min from the airport, downtown Nashville and other great places. I was able to come and go as needed with my own private entrance and felt very welcomed. M and M are wonderful, friendly and generous people who love meeting new people and made me feel right at home. They were very responsive and helpful. I can definitely call them great friends after my stay with them! I would highly recommend and would stay again if I have the chance.

Incredible stay

Can't say enough positive things about my stay here. The space is beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood, space exactly as pictured. Home owners were so flexible and compassionate. They helped pet-sit when I was away for a few days, they got my vehicle un-stuck during an ice storm, they were incredible responsive and helpful. Great people, great place
