AMAZING FLAT IN MANHATTAN - 1 BLOCK FROM SUBWAY

This person does not have any integrity. She received $2000 from me to reserve an apartment. I notified her two days later that my contract had been cancelled. TWO DAYS! I was not scheduled to move-in for another week and a half. She refuses to refund any of the money, yet is listing the property as available. She will end up making additional money! I offered to forfeit $500 for cancellation for her trouble- she refuses- plans to keep the entire $2000. Do not trust her. If this is her business practice, one can only assume her lack of scruples extends

My second 3 weeks stay there, perfect flat, large rooms with a lot of light, fully equipped kitchen that provides everything you need, 2 sofas, TV, WiFi, large bedroom, your own washing machine and dryer, a sweet patio where you can sit in the sun. Everything is as described. Perfect communication with Tammy at really any time and also with Titi, her assistant. Wonderful neighbourhood, a safe area, with all shops, restaurants, wholefood shop etc. One block away is the subway, that brings you directly to midtown, downtown etc.... I love this place and come back definitely.
