Spotless, Stylish, Charming
This is by far the best deal in the greater L.A. area. About a 15-20 minute drive to Keck Medical Center of USC, and a MUCH nicer/safer area than the direct vicinity of the hospital. I felt so at home, and I looked forward to spending time here. Bright and spacious living areas and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed. The private outdoor area with a mature lemon tree was a nice bonus! I spent mornings out there with my coffee. The wifi was fast and never let me down! The location is greatprobably 5-10 minutes from anywhere you would want to go in Pasadena. N was always very responsive any time I reached out. I highly recommend this property, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Crown City Villa
I lived here for 6 months while on contract at CHLA and cannot say enough good things! Its a great, private space, has everything you could need, and is a pretty easy commute. N was great about taking care of any issue that came up as quickly as possible! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place!
My girlfriend and I lived at this property for several months. The owners did a great job with the decorations and accommodations. It has plenty of space for 2-3 people as well as a outdoor area! Nick, the owner, was always very responsive if there was an issue and made sure it was taken care of as soon as possible. Anyone that rents this place, whether it be short term or long term, will feel at home.
