Outstanding. Highly Recommend. Dog Friendly.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed in this wonderful home for a full month in April. Everything is nice, clean, and in good condition. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice fenced backyard with gas grill and firepit. Super quiet neighborhood. Close to all conveniences. Covered parking (carport) helps keep the car cool on those hot sunny days. Highly recommend.

Awesome, dog friendly place!

I stayed here for 2 months while working remotely and exploring Tucson with my two dogs, and absolutely loved it. The fenced in back yard was so relaxing for me and the perfect secure space for my energetic dogs to run around in. The neighborhood is super quiet and felt safe, and I really appreciated the covered parking. I didnt need anything during my stay but Samantha was always super responsive when I did need to communicate about dates, move in, move out, etc., so Im confident that if anything came up during the stay she would have addressed it promptly. Thank you, Samantha! Highly recommend!!

Highly Recommend

This place had everything we needed to live and work (from home) for a five week stay while in the process of relocating to Tucson. The neighborhood was quiet and safe while being within minutes to downtown or the university. The backyard was very pleasant for both of us and our dog. Lastly, Samantha was very friendly and made everything a breeze.

Great, Easy, Stay in Tucson Bungalow

Super comfortable bungalow in Sugar Hill. Has all the amenities needed for months long stay. Backyard is great for an active doggo. Location is quiet, yet easy to get downtown or out to Painted Hills - and very convenient to Presta Coffee and BK's for Sonoran treats . S is super responsive and very professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Anazing bunglow!!

This place has everything you need and more! As a healthcare traveler, looking for furnished homes can be tricky but this property has things that I didnt even think of needing! All newer appliances that work well, king bedroom in the back of the house so can sleep with ease. Already a quiet neighborhood so no need to worry there. Close to all essential stores and close to freeway making it easy for work commutes. Also cant speak highly enough about the landlords, always responded promptly and resolved any issues smoothly! Cant go wrong with this modern, homey bungalow!

Bungalow Bliss

I couldnt believe how calm and quiet this place was for being in the middle of Tucson! Its tucked away into a kind neighborhood not even a full two blocks from a sprawling park. I was always a short distance from everything i could need. Not only was the commute to the Banner Hospital sites easy to navigate but I was in the national parks in no time. As for the interior of this Bungalow, it was refreshingly modern with southwestern touches. The rooms were airly and light with the added touch of blackout curtains which i adored working nightshift. The owners were attentive and always got back to me in rapid response for any of my questions. It was a delight to be the tenant :)

No better place to stay in Tucson!

I can't imagine having found a better place for what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we wanted/needed and more! The location is close to a park, dog park, recycling, grocery store, and gas station - ALL WITHIN A MILE! In addition, it is centrally located with easy access to downtown Tucson, the U of A, the highway, and anything else you might need. We grilled, watched beautiful sunsets in the back yard, and cooked meals with friends; I'll remember for the rest of my life! Most notable from the experience is how wonderful it was to deal with the owners; they were clear and transparent, easy to get ahold of, friendly, and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend this to any one looking to stay in Tucson!

Comfort, Ease, and Convenience

This adorable house is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The owners attention to detail, and knowledge of what travelers need for both a short term or extended stay, is apparent throughout. If traveling with a dog, the spacious backyard offers both sun and shaded areas for your pup throughout the day. Mansfield Park and the 6th Avenue Dog Park are both a short walk away.The backyard offers a private sanctuary with features like a fire pit, umbrella patio table, propane grill, and tiny solar lights create wonderful nighttime ambiance. The neighborhood is quiet, and felt safe and friendly. The property owners are gracious and very easy to communicate with. It is clear that its important that guests to enjoy their stay and have everything they need. I highly recommend this place!

Cute and comfortable place!

One of the best places I have ever stayed for a contract. The decoration of the place is beautiful and really made me feel at home. Great enclosed yard and dog bed for my two dogs. Nearby plenty of restaraunts and stores. Only downside was I had to substitute my own blackout curtains for nightshift as the house gets a ton of light (which is actually a pro for when I am up during the day!)

Excellent Experience

Very tidy and beautifully decorated house equipped with everything you need. Perfect location and close to lots of great places to eat. Samantha and Damian are great hosts and are there when you need them. Its hard to find a nice pet friendly place and this exceeded my expectations. We had a great stay!
