Rare Find in Pacific Grove

We were so fortunate to stay at this gem for 18 months. Mel is a wonderful host who is responsive and kind. We loved the location on a quiet street. In late spring you can hear the sea lions and there are plenty of deer. The courtyard garden is so peaceful. The cottage is equipped with everything needed. We never encountered any maintenance issues. The space is serene and comfortable. This is a rare find.

Lovely little cottage

This space was absolutely perfect for one person and a cat. I had an excellent experience renting from Mel and will absolutely rent from her in the future. Communication was easy, straight forward, and fast. Location was perfect for walking the neighborhood and down to the bike path. Excellent spot between downtown PG and downtown Monterey. Five stars. Great Stay!

This adorable cottage was the perfect place to stay while temporarily living in PG. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need. You could show up with just a suitcase and be just fine. The courtyard was a great addition to the cottage. A perfect place to relax outside and get some sunlight. The Host was great as well. She made it very easy for the lease, rent, access to the property, etc. There is a welcome card at the property with all the info you would need during your stay. She was also very easy to communicate with and followed up in a timely manner to any needs I had. Highly recommend booking this property for your stay in PG!

Cottage

Had a good stay at this quiet cottage with ample street parking and a lovely courtyard. Mel was lovely and easy to communicate with. Recommend for travel nurses!

Wonderful Stay

I stayed for two months as a travel nurse. It was a great cottage and in a wonderful location. Mel was an awesome hostess and was always a text away if needed. Would recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay again! :)

Fantastic experience

I'm an RN and came out to work a crisis contract. This was a great place to stay. It was very quite and private. Which was perfect because I was working nights. The cottage is super cute and clean and I loved that it had it's own washer and dryer, this was a huge plus for me. The owner was also very sweet, she checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going ok and to see if I needed anything. I would definitely stay again if I ever came back that way. Definitely worth the money and for that area, it's a very reasonable price.
