Great hosts and space- HIGHLY RECOMMMEND

Wendell & Kim told me they treated their guests like family. I thought they were telling me stories to showcase how GOOD they set their space up & host BUT NO, they really mean it! Their entire space is cool in the summer heat, bed has a cooling top, plus a window unit in the bedroom (where it matters LOL) There are multiple TV's, spaces to work & unwind. There is a shared, well-kept backyard. I was able to sit in the sun, enjoy the sunset to unwind, or join for family grilling. They are also very generous--they noticed when I was working late & offered to share a hot meal with me. Don't get me wrong--they are not in your business--they show up at the RIGHT time! As someone staying in a new city, this type of hosting is my favorite. Parking is street parking; with a parking pass they get for you. I was never more than a block away on the rare times I wasn't able to park in front. Plenty of restaurants & music walking distance. I definitely feel like they are family after my stay!

Best rental experience I've ever had!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. The landlords and their family were so welcoming and fun to be with, and we really got to know each other throughout my stay. I consider their family to be my family and definitely plan to visit them, even if I'm not living in their apartment! The property itself was so wonderfully decorated and cozy. The neighborhood is very fun and historic, and close to a few good bars and walks, as well as the downtown area! I felt safe and welcome during the entire stay. I truly felt at home here and will be back.

Home away from home

This apartment is absolutely awesome. Everything in the apartment from the lovely way it's decorated to the stainless steel appliances an having your own private washer & dryer makes you feel like your home everytime you walk through the door.The location was great being just around the corner from the Palace Theater if you wanted to catch a show or whatever may be playing there. Your close to the highway if you wanted to go to the mall or just take a drive to checkout the area.The very first day I arrived I felt at home.There was a welcome package made by K sitting on the kitchen table welcoming me to the apartment. K & W treated me like I was family.My original contract was for 3 months and I extended for another 3 months to stay here because I loved the place along with always knowing if I ever needed anything they was always there.I loved that they would come an decorate the apartment for the holidays to give it that home feel.Text me see if I was ok or needed anything.

I was very fortunate to come across such a modernly decorated apartment in the state capital. Everything you need is here! Up to date appliances with cookware, the bathroom is stocked with every kind of toiletry youd need, and my favorite a washer/dryer all to myself. The space is well taken care of by the host who are just a text message away. They were very welcoming and mindful of my needs. Perfect place all year round; especially in summer. I was comfortable and did not require the use of the air conditioner. Despite not taking advantage of the backyard space its definitely a summertime vibe. My stay with the B's have exceeded my expectations and more. I would 100 percent come back in the future. Thanks for everything!
