Apt 1- mile from hospital

Been traveling nurse over 10 years and this was one of my favorite places to stay. Landlords were awrsome and very attentive. Never had any issues and a very cozy place. Felt ver safe at home. When it snowed it was beautiful and landlords helped me get in driveway and assisted with anything i needed. Will definitely be going back and i give it 10 stars

This stay is such a gem! It is comfortable, clean and the perfect size. You are so close to downtown, the university and the Y. Also, C and her husband are such great landlords! Always there to help and answer any questions.

This was a great rental and perfect location, very close to downtown and in residential area. Looks exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive and helpful with answering any and all of my questions. Would highly recommend this property!

We stayed at this apartment for a few months in 2022, and it was absolutely perfect! The furnishings and decorations are cozy and comfortable, and it has an amazing mudroom for bikes. Hosts are very pleasant, responsive, and take excellent care of the property (they did some exterior painting work while we were there). The location is within easy walking distance to the University of Vermont Medical Center or downtown to Church Street. The off-street parking was also very convenient. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again during our next rotation in VT!

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough! Very cute decorations, historic character, amazing location (walking distance to downtown Burlington, City Market, and the waterfront). My partner and I loved the porch, the garden, and the neighbors.

Cant say enough good things about this spot! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Convenient off street parking. All the necessities you would need and more! The owners are super responsive and ensure you are comfortable. Dont wait to book!

This furnished property is a little gem in Burlington! Comfortable, absolutely everything that you need, and stylish. There is off the porch storage/mud room, and off street parking. The owners of this property are welcoming, thoughtful; and responsive. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!
