Apt 1- mile from hospital

Perfect for a short stay!

My partner and I lived here for 4 months and it was absolutely perfect. It's the perfect walking distance to all the main downtown things, coffee shops, YMCA, campus, etc. The place is small but perfect for a couple month stay, has everything you need and is super cute inside. The landlords were responsive, communicative and kind. Cannot recommend enough!

Home Sweet Home

Living in this sweet little home from September to April was absolutely lovely. It is the perfect place to settle into and feel instantly comfortable. It is precisely arranged with just enough space for personal items such as books and pictures and hooks placed strategically so that every thing runs smoothly. The kitchen is stocked with what you need, the bed is super comfortable and cozy. Everything flows with ease, including walking to the nearby Y, library, restaurants, nature hiking and grocery store. The owners are friendly, receptive, responsive and always ready to answer questions or help out with whatever is needed. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely apartment

We loved living in this apartment! The space is cozy and comfortable, and it's in a wonderful location- in a residential neighborhood but close to everything. The landlords were also so kind, thoughtful, and attentive!

Perfect stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The location couldnt have been better close to downtown and just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The apartment itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with leniugh natural light- creating a warm, positive, and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. It was fully furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. The landlords were incredible friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay!

Cozy, Convenient, and Welcoming

I stayed here for 10 months while working at the university and feel so lucky I found this place, it was the perfect home away from home. The apartment is cozy, thoughtfully furnished, and has everything you need. The location is fantastic: just a few minutes walk to campus, steps from the YMCA, and close to the lake for runs and walks. Theres also a nearby co-op for groceries, which was really convenient. And the landlords were always incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in Burlington!

Cozy away from home

Been traveling nurse over 10 years and this was one of my favorite places to stay. Landlords were awrsome and very attentive. Never had any issues and a very cozy place. Felt ver safe at home. When it snowed it was beautiful and landlords helped me get in driveway and assisted with anything i needed. Will definitely be going back and i give it 10 stars

The most comfortable stay!

This stay is such a gem! It is comfortable, clean and the perfect size. You are so close to downtown, the university and the Y. Also, C and her husband are such great landlords! Always there to help and answer any questions.

Great location and rental!

This was a great rental and perfect location, very close to downtown and in residential area. Looks exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive and helpful with answering any and all of my questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Apartment Close to Everything Burlington

We stayed at this apartment for a few months in 2022, and it was absolutely perfect! The furnishings and decorations are cozy and comfortable, and it has an amazing mudroom for bikes. Hosts are very pleasant, responsive, and take excellent care of the property (they did some exterior painting work while we were there). The location is within easy walking distance to the University of Vermont Medical Center or downtown to Church Street. The off-street parking was also very convenient. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again during our next rotation in VT!

Such a cute apartment!

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough! Very cute decorations, historic character, amazing location (walking distance to downtown Burlington, City Market, and the waterfront). My partner and I loved the porch, the garden, and the neighbors.

Cant say enough good things about this spot! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Convenient off street parking. All the necessities you would need and more! The owners are super responsive and ensure you are comfortable. Dont wait to book!
