Lynne was a great landlord

I would say Ive been lucky finding great landlords on furnished finder but Lynne was by far one of the best landlords. Shes very chill and takes care of any issues within a few days. Her house is lovely too and has everything you need. The roommates I was sharing the house with were also very chill and respectful. I loved staying here for a month. Ill definitely come back if I visit again. Take care, Lynne!

Great place

Simple place in Modesto near everything, key location. Easy move in and move out instructions, very quick responses. Roommates all in the same medical field best place I have stayed using furnished finder.

Perfect Housing

Place was nice and quiet. Landlord was accommodating and easy to contact 100% of the time. Other housemates were also medical professionals and were considerate. The master bedroom was neat because it had full access to the backyard. House is few minutes walk to the hospital, a church is one block away, and Sprouts (other shopping centers) nearby. I highly recommend this location for anyone that are rotating to this area.

I am a student physical therapist that rented out one of L's rooms from the beginning of January until the beginning of April for my clinical rotation in the area. L was so helpful, and informative, and kept clear communication throughout my stay here. The location had access to a lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, as well as Target and Walmart, being a short drive away. The other renters in the house were very respectful, kind, and courteous. The neighborhood here is safe and quiet.

L is an excellent landlord / house manager and is very attentive to everyone's needs. She has professional cleaners that typically come in monthly as well. Great location and safe neigborhood. 5/5 would stay again!

Perfect housing for med students/medical professionals near Doctors Medical Center

As a medical student rotating at DMC without a car, this was a perfect place to stay! I could walk/bike to the hospital as a daily commute and I felt safe and there is plenty of parking spaces at the property. Lots of storage spaces, for both your belongings and groceries- there is an extra fridge in the garage you can use in addition to one in the kitchen. Friendly housekeeper&gardener comes ~every once a month to keep the house extra clean. I would recommend this place to my future colleagues who will rotate at DMC in the future!

Walk to Doctors Hospital

I stayed in the master bedroom for 2 mos while on assignment at Doctor's Hospital. The house is on a cul-de-sac so it's nice and quiet (which is important to me as I work night shift and need to sleep during the day). I loved being able to walk to work, which is only 2 blocks from the house. My master bedroom was spacious and had a new mattress. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a nice walk-in shower, and the walk-in closet is also very spacious. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and Lynn the owner is always very quick to respond if there's an issue.

Quite and cozy

Very nice and friendly landlord. The house is very well maintained and clean. Perfect location with many close grocery options and other shopping options. There is a close safe 3 mile trail down the road. The neighborhood is generally quiet.

Affordable Unit for Rotating Med student

Great location for med student on budget rotating at Doctors Hospital. Very close. Entire house devoted to traveling medical professionals. Owner/manager is available to assist and very supportive of professionals - no big deposits or hidden fees. House is very nice.

Clean and quiet place on a tree lined street

This place is updated with huge living space and new floors.It has places to sit outside in the back and see the sunrise and out front and see the sunset.Even though it is an older home, everything has been updated. I love the tree lined streets and that I can ride my bike. The neighborhood is established and safe. I also love the convenience of how close everything is. The owners make sure to work with you and your request and or requirements are met if they can.I have allergies so this place being pet free, carpet free and super clean was a welcomed relief. A great place, felt like home.
