Everette Duplex 2/1 unit

We did not stay in this property but the 2/1 unit next door. After a terrible experience with a different location and owner, M got us into the unit attached to this one as quickly as she could! She and her previous tenants let us do a walkthrough giving us piece of mind we were not getting into another bad situation prior to signing a lease. The Unit was clean and perfect for our needs in a safe part of Everette. 10-15 minutes from Wellington station or a quick drive into the city. Off street parking was a plus! M was very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. Open floor plan on the first floor with both bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs and there is a finished space on the 3rd floor. We used this as extra storage as its not attached to the central AC, although it does have a wall unit if someone wanted to use it as a room/office. I highly recommend this unit !!

Great, comfortable home away from home

Exactly as portrayed in pictures and description, very lovely layout! Extended my stay here with my travel mates since the place was a great fit and the landlord was so kind and communicative, which is always very important! Definitely a great location, not too much hustle bustle as in the city, and so convenient for parking! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Awesome place to live!!

This place was exactly like the pictures! It seemed too good to be true. I moved up here for a travel nurse assignment and found this place online and fell in love! I booked the place sight unseen hoping for the best and it was! Its in a great location right outside of Boston so Ubers in and out of the city are cheap if youre looking to explore. I always had parking in the back on property which was nice not having to worry about street parking working on night shift and getting home early. The landlord (M) and her husband (P) are super nice always easy to get a hold of for anything including maintenance! Very spacious and stocked with everything you could need while youre there. If Im ever back in Boston I would love to stay here again!

3 Bed, 2 bath Everett house

Great experience renting from M! My boyfriend and I stayed here while working a travel nursing assignment in Boston. The house is exactly as picturednewly renovated with updated appliances and all of your essentials. The downstairs living area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious with plenty of closet space. The house is a 10 minute drive from Wellington station and a short drive from downtown! M was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns and even arranged for our driveway and backyard to be plowed during snow storms! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely rent from M again!
