Quiet Newly Constructed One Bedroom / Studio Near Hospitals

T and S were wonderful and attentive hosts throughout the entirety of my stay. The ADU is well-equipped with updated appliances and modern furniture. The place is the perfect size for someone looking for a personal space that is easy to maintain and comfortable in its design. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with the ADU being situated behind the house giving plenty of privacy. The house is also right by the freeway ramp and downtown making it extremely accessible for people like me who were constantly on the go. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and I highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking for a comfortable stay at a great price!

I stayed in this unit for about 9 months while being employed in the area. I couldn't have found better! It is very well located, making it easy to travel North or South on Hwy 1, or towards San Jose on Hwy 17. The unit is super clean, very well thought out and private. It makes optimal use of available space and takes in plenty of natural light. It contains everything you may ever need. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, but downtown Santa Cruz is accessible by walk or by car: all services, shops, groceries are thus easily accessed. There is a nice hiking trail at walking distance (De Laveaga Park) and biking trails accessible straight from the unit. T and S are amazing hosts. They are friendly, professional, and answer questions in a timely manner. They also provided hints and tips about the area multiple times, which was much appreciated. I will miss them! All in all, this unit is a winner: 10/10.

This is a great little modern unit to stay in Santa Cruz. T and S are wonderful hosts that were extremely accommodating during my stay. They had great recommendations for places in the area that eventually became my go to spots! The unit is spacious and modular, so you can configure it many ways. It is also fully furnished with newer appliances and furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked and they even have a Brita filter for water! Wifi is quick and there is a chromecast with the TV so you can cast anything you want. It's also in a great location right next to both highway 1 and 17. There's no doubt that I would stay here again if I were to to come back to Santa Cruz!

Tim and Stacie were the best hosts. They always were quick to answer when I needed something and were very accommodating. They got me a printer for the studio as well as a Brita water filter days after I moved in. They were also perfect guides and helped me find things to do around the area on my days off when I requested. I worked in Dominican Hospital which is a 6-8 minute drive from the place. I also want to highlight that the property is very spacious for a studio. The foldable bed allows a larger living room area when needed. I worked both nights and days while I was there and had no problems sleeping prior to either shift. I would definitely stay here again if I come by Santa Cruz again.
