Townhome in a great area!
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe neighborhood in the Albuquerque area for work. 15-20 minute commute to UNM Hospital. Plenty of great food options nearby. Tim and Peggy were great to work with and always very responsive.

Great Location, Well appointed, Excelent Owner Relationship
We stayed at 10005 Del Chaparral for 3 months in the winter of 2022/2023. T and P are outstanding owners, very kind and reasonable, immediately responsive when we had any requests of minor issues. The home is maintained at a high level and is very comfortable. The location is very convenient to all of Albuquerque, but is tucked away in a low-traffic out of the way neighborhood. There are nearby trails and parks that are quite pleasant . We would stay again and do recommend this place!
