perfectly appointed home away from home

We had a wonderful time in Oak Park! This lovely apartment has a great walkable location- steps to the blue line train, a couple blocks to the large and lovely Columbus park for all sorts of outside activities, and just over the bridge from Oak Park's Arts District, with our favorite Buzz Cafe and Mora restaurant and several other shops and eateries. Our neighbors were friendly, the garage parking spot was convenient, the owners K & L were thoughtful and responsive, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our stay. We are grateful to have found this place!

Really lovely and comfortable home away from home

The landlords are wonderful & extremely responsive to any questions & concerns. They have thoughtfully prepared this space to be a warm and inviting home away from home for us-they even send you a little guide with info about the apt & neighborhood. The apartment is very nice & has pretty much everything us traveling nurses need. The washer/dryer in the unit is a huge plus. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a smart TV with antenna for local channels, & the beds are very comfortable. The garage space is a plus since you can't park overnight on the streets without a permit. The location is amazing - right in front of the house is the Austin stop on the blue line & you can take the train for $5/day to pretty much anywhere in the city! I loved this because it is such a hassle and so expensive to drive into the city. Downtown Oak Park is less than 2 miles away, & I rode my bike around Oak Park often. The neighborhood is safe too! If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect home in a great location

What a wonderful find!!! This charming, trendy, beautiful 3 bedroom was above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for! So spacious, beautifully furnished and so cozy. Great walking distance to fun areas in Oak Park and perfect to walk to the Blue line for easy access to downtown hospitals and other locations! If we are back in this area, this is our top choice for housing!

Home away from home. Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved the place! The apartment looks exactly as it does in the pictures and it has everything you need. Location is perfect, the train station is across the street. There are many markets, restaurants, pharmacies, and more walking distance. There's a park nearby good for walking, exercise, or for the kids. If you have car, there's a garage and in about 1 min you are on the I-290. Just 15min away from Chicago. Very safe area, neighbors are very nice and the landlords are responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. If I had to be back, I would definitely stay here again!
