Great Stay

Overlook Nashville was the perfect place for our stay! The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was incredibly convenientclose to the highway for easy access and just a short drive to everything around Nashville. There was plenty of storage, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Nashville area.

Amazing Place and Even Better Host!

Stayed here for an extended time with my girlfriend and the host was amazing! Couldnt have been in a better location in Nashville. Studio was roomy and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville!

Overlook Nashville Review

I had an amazing 3.5-month stay in Nashville, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The location was perfectclose to everything, making it super convenient to explore the city. Josh, the landlord was absolutely amazing, always friendly and accommodating. The housing itself had everything I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely be staying here again whenever Im back in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Everything You Need & Location Is Amazing!

I stayed here for nine months and have nothing but good things to say. For starters, you can't beat the location. While the attractions to downtown (Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, 5th & Broadway, etc.) are only a five minute drive away, the real draw for me was the proximity of the interstate. I needed to drive to the office I was working at and could hop on the interstate less than 2 minutes away from the house. It made my daily commute so much easier and less stressful! As for the property itself, one of the biggest perks was the garage. J provided me a garage door opener when I moved in, so I could come and go as I pleased. The property has a full kitchen, so I was able to cook anything & everything, and there is a huge washer / dryer (Samsung!) that was all mine. The double vanity in the bathroom had plenty of space and the shower was really nice. J was accessible and quick to answer any questions. Overall, everything was excellent and I'd highly recommend!

Great stay close to downtown Nash!

Wonderful unit to stay in that is a great location! I stayed here during my travel nurse contract and its close to everything! Right next to downtown without the crazy traffic. Very nice having indoor parking and storage in the garage, and so much space for a studio. Landlord was great at responding to any needs and always available. If I were staying in Nashville any longer I would definitely continue living here!

Would love to stay longer!

I stayed at the property for 12 months for my travel nursing assignment and wish could have stayed longer as it was absolutely comfortable! The first floor offers enclosed garage which was rare to find in other places, washer and dryer for big laundry capacity, second bathroom. The design of the studio upstairs is unique and charming. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, all brand new appliances and walk-in pantry! The unit has good size closet and it has plenty of room for everything in general! Very good AC system kept me cool in summer and warm in cold time if the year. I loved relaxing on the balcony to watch sunset or admire cute backyards of the neighbors. I felt safe in the area, there is bus station right next to the unit, little park, restaurants within short drive. It took me about 10-15 minutes driving to get to downtown or work. Landlord always helpful if anything and takes good care of the unit! There are many perks in this place and highly recommended! Enjoy!

Great stay!

I had a wonderful time staying here during my 6 months in Nashville. You cant beat the location- close to downtown as well as many fun places in east Nashville. J was very attentive and addressed any issues I had promptly. It was nice having my own spot in the garage, as well as a separate bathroom for any guests that came to visit. Overall, a great and safe place to stay if youre thinking of coming to Nashville!
