Perfect!

This was my first experience in a Tiny House and I couldn't ask for more! Perfect size for a single person! The house is decorated beautifully and has everything a person could need. Full size fridge, 2 induction burners, washer/dryer, plenty of closet space. I used the loft area for extra storage space instead of sleeping. The couch folds out into a nice sized bed and the blanket was maybe my favorite part! Michael was the best landlord ever! He was very responsive and addressed all of my issues promptly. He connected me with the property next door so I wouldn't have to park in the street which was very thoughtful! I had several dinner parties. The patio furniture is expandable so 4 people can hang out. The neighborhood cats are adorable. The neighbors are quiet. I felt very safe as a single gal. The only complaint I had was the street light that is right outside the front door but I put the extra pillows in the windows to help it be darker at night and he can't relocate the light. I would be happy to stay again!

Great location near hospital

Stayed at this time house for about 3 13wks contracts. The owner was really attentive to my requests and prompt to reply. The mattress upstairs was not comfortable to me, so I used the sofabed they have. Hopefully they can get a better mattress. The place is quiet and clean. Very convenient for me as a travel nurse as it was close to the hospital I was working at. I also was able to reach out to the owner of the property next door for parking and stayed off the street as it gets pretty narrow when cars park on both sides. Overall, super recommend to travel nurses or anyone wanting to explore OKC.

An Absolute Gem!

I traveled to OKC for work and found this great and convenient spot! The place is unique, cute and most importantly clean! It was close to my work and near all of the local spots downtown and other locations. Pretty much centralized. The place was always lively and fun. I could tell it was definitely an area that was really booming and growing. So many homes that was transitioning into the modern and updated ones. The landlord was very kind, responsive and attentive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Love it Would stay here Again!

I wanted to be spontaneous and try the Tiny Home life before looking more into it! I had a contract bring me to OKC. It is centrally located in the heart of the city and lots of great new bars and restaurants minutes away! It felt small at first but everything was VERY modern and efficient. It was well thought out; I had all the essentials, a full bath, FULL size fridge all to myself! This was my sanctuary for almost 2 months. I would go back to it whenever I'm in OKC next! Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Very responsive management, kind and attentive to my needs! A++ would stay at again!

One of my favorite stays

I stayed here for 2 months over the summer and fell in love with the place. Though its a tiny house, it didnt feel small. It uses the space very well and has lots of natural light, windows, mirrors, and clever ways to save space. Very modern and cute. Would definitely stay here again if I get another contract to work in Oklahoma City!

Great find!

Stayed at this tiny house for a contract as a travel nurse. I needed a simple place and had always wanted to stay in a tiny house. It had everything I needed and was so cute! The house is right in the middle of the city and close to all of the cool restaurants and happenings in Oklahoma City. Management was very responsive and would text with anything I needed to know. The AC leaked one time, but it was fixed the same day. Would definitely recommend!

Location is near Hospitals

Great place and near all hospitals in the area. However, if you're a women traveling alone I wouldn't recommend. The Tiny house is in the back yard of the main house and one of the guys that rents a room there made me feel very uncomfortable on multiple occasions, one occasion he approached me at 11 o'clock at night! Very uncomfortable in this place. When I brought it to the owners attention he replied by saying the guy was ex military and can be weird at times. The owner did nothing about the situation. I stayed here for 13 weeks due to signing a lease agreement. Im posting this for any women looking to stay here on an assignment, please find somewhere you will feel safe.

Private, quiet and excellent management

I stayed in this tiny home for 3 months while on contract with a local hospital- tons of storage and thoughtful small touches. Very quiet neighborhood, no safety concerns. Management responds immediately to inquiries- property owner lives on site and always kept me up to date with when yard work or otherwise was being done. Would stay again.
