Fantastic Unit, Fantastic Experience!

I would highly recommend for anyone to stay in this building based on the lovely experience I had with Unit 3. It felt very clean when moving in and had everything that you could need. The landlady is very kind, communicative, and willing to help with anything that may come up. The building feels safe and secure. Although the parking situation can be challenging at times, the cleanliness and safety of the units make up for it. Specifically regarding unit 3, it was very nice to have features such as a patio, washer and dryer, large closet, and more.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

Greatly enjoyed my time at this unit. Perfect location to both Billings Clinic and St. Vincent's. Walking distance to both hospitals and to the 406 Kitchen which is super convenient. Felt very safe at this apartment between the security system to get into the building and coded lock to get into the actual unit, as well as cameras in the parking lot. Even being very close to downtown it was quiet. The other tenants were also quiet and incredibly polite. The apartment itself was decorated to be homey and inviting. Everything you could need was provided. I have no complaints. I would absolutely stay here again.

N 27th Studio love love love

This studio is everything you need as a traveling nurse. It is within walking distance to the hospital and I felt safe walking during the summer months (drove when it became dark at 6 pm) and I felt safe living in this area. The space is exactly how the picture shows. It was supplied with basic amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked (including a keurig). The unit was very clean when I arrived. The wifi was fast and the streaming TV allowed me to connect to all of my favorite apps for streaming. The landlord C was attentive to my needs anytime something came up. The rack in my closet broke and someone was there the same day to fix it. I would stay here again and I would rent from C again hands down.

Great property, location, and owner!

C, the owner of this property, was beyond accommodating, nice, and responsive. The unit itself was very nice and clean with nearly brand new appliances, equipment, furniture, etc. Only a (2) minute drive (12 minute walk) from the grocery store, hospitals, and airport! Couldnt have asked for a better experience here. C truly lended us a home during our time in Billings!

Excellent location, property and landlady

Good, responsive landlady. Property looks like pictures. Building is quiet and a ten minute walk to hospitals. This apartment is tiny, good if you only need a small space. Includes washer/dryer and cleaning supplies, very good setup for a fully furnished short term lease. Fast WiFi. Includes parking in the back. My only con is front of building was not shoveled during winter which made walking out the front a struggle in the snow. I would stay here again.
