Very accommodating

Quiet, private and simple. My husband and I just relocated to San Antonio from San Diego and needed a spot while we looked for a house to purchase. We wanted something temp yet comfortable and this was perfect. C was very communicative and the property was kept up regularly. Thank you C.

cozy, convenient, & close to work

I stayed in this unit for 3 months without any problems. Walking distance to the Riverwalk and Downtown restaurants. Mrs C was nothing but good to me and she takes care of her properties inside and out. I will definitely stay here again when I do return for vacation or work.

Horrified and Stressed still

I wasn't going to leave a review but this may be the only way I will ever get a quick response and get the problem fixed by C or her secretary. Initially it was great staying here because there were no issues until the month of August. I honestly should have listened to the review on here and now I'm getting screwed over. I've paid all the bills on time and heck I even overpaid. It's been a constant argument with the C about the statements which took her about a 1.5 months to fix. I thought that by her keeping the deposit money and the overpaid money (which I was told I owed when I clearly didn't) she would no longer charge me. Guess what... I'm still being charged as if I was there. I was just told while writing this that this will be fixed by Tues.10/4. Fingers crossed this gets solved since I kept getting ghosted, false promises and told the same things like, "I'm out of town, it's my secretary's fault or it will be fixed next week (and wasn't) or that I owed her. Will update 10/4.

I'm not staying there and STILL being charged

I don't typically leave reviews, but this one HAD to be done to warn others not to get in business with her. I left this place earlier than expected because of C. She would harass me during my work, which I'm a nurse, and threaten me to move out if I couldn't "shut my dogs up". This was after the 1st day of staying there by the way. She has left out the most important fact about the studio apartment, and that is it is part of an older house but has a wall seperating it. You can hear everything that goes on in the place next to you, and this was information withheld from the furnished website. I spoke with the other tenants that stayed in the main house, and they had no idea there was a studio in the backside of the house. I moved out June 2nd, and she is still charging me to stay there! I've emailed and texted her multiple times about removing the charges, and she sent one message stating it was her secretaries fault for not stopping the automatic billing. Beyond ridiculous...
