Lovely Place

Stayed here during Thanksgiving. Clean and great location to everything. Walkable area. Parking is off street. It is like a duplex but our neighbors were great. Renting again in May.

3 month stay

Great location, right on the edge of Downtown Lexington. Near schools and grocery stores. Close to hospitals. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Lots of TVs. Safe area. Great to walk. We would have extended our stay if I extended my travel contract. And I will return here if I come to Lexington again! Only two cons. Sometimes neighbors could be loud since its a townhouse. And I wish there had been more kitchen pots and pans. The area has noise every so often, buts its not constant and it didnt bother us.

Gotta be the best property to rent in Lexington

The location was awesome...within a 20 minute walk or 5 min drive to anything in downtown Lexington, and anything else in Lexington is within a 15 minute drive. Several great breakfast places within 2 blocks, mini-grocery a block away, and the best park in Lexington within 3 blocks. But, the real awesomeness was the apartment itself. The attention to detail by the host meant that I needed nothing but clothes. Welcome basket with local spirits, all the kitchen utensils you'll need, sofa so comfortable that you might find yourself waking up on it (i did...LOL), huge washing machine/dryer... The decor makes you feel right at home, especially cute if you love horses. The upstairs is has 2 beds in the loft with a desk, and one separate bedroom with a super comfy bed and fluffy pillows. TV's everywhere. The property manager was very nice, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Very professional and friendly. I don't think I've ever rented a better place, and I travel a LOT! 5 stars!
