Reasonable and Comfortable

I stayed at this property while on a travel assignment in Jacksonville and it was just what I needed. I was really just seeking a decently comfortable safe place to lay my head when off of work, and this was that. The property manager, Corey, was kind and very responsive. While not a luxury apartment with the newest appliances, everything was in working order, and the property manager was attentive and quick to fix/replace anything in need of repair. The location was quiet, close to grocery stores, hospitals, clinics, and an easy drive to restaurants, parks, the beach and other activities for off days. I was only supposed to be there for a 13 week assignment, and wound up extending my contract twice. Corey was very accommodating, and allowed me to extend my stay w/o any issues. If looking for a decent affordable place to stay while in Jax, this is a great pick!

Affordable, clean condo

Very good experience, the property manager is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. The property is an easy 7 minute (at most) drive to HCA Memorial (night shift) and only a little longer to most of the hospitals in the area. The inside, although a little faded around the edges, is clean and well kept. The balcony in back looks on to tidal creek and is a great place to relax. A two minute drive to the grocery store. Easy drive to the beach, lots of hiking and walking paths around, kayak rentals nearby or bring your own and launch it from the complex's own deck. This was a great place to stay and affordable!
