Long Term Stay

My wife and I were moving to the Fairfield/Napa area from WA State, so we weren't too familiar with the area/environment. Luckily, we were able to work with D on a year long agreement to get settled and comfortable with the surrounding area. The neighborhood as a whole is quiet, safe and beautiful, offering a peaceful and slower paced type of feel. The unit is furnished with comfortable furniture, plenty of natural lighting and a nice, big, private outdoor area in the backyard. If there was anything we needed or wanted, D was always open to suggestions and helped provide whatever solutions she could come up with. The unit is like a mother in law suite, but D does an excellent job at considering and respecting privacy, so it often felt like we were the only ones on the property. Having stayed through all the seasons over the course of our year long stay, I would recommend staying at D's place anytime of year.

A home away from home

Due to the popularity of this property, it was difficult to arrange my rental, on short notice. It was all worth the wait. Being a Psychiatrist, from Hawaii, I had pretty high standards. The location was quiet and private, and the facilities top-flight, with plenty of room and a pool. The best was my host. D, was helpful, on top of any issue and treats you like you're family. You really feel like she has your back. This was especially important when you're out of town, away from home, for as long as I was. Great place!

I stayed here for a 3 month travel contract. The location was perfect for work, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet! The apartment has everything you need and is great for a traveler! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a 6 month travel contract. This place is quiet and perfect for a solo traveler or a couple!! Very cute backyard space with a great pool. The area is very safe and peaceful. Donna is THE BEST landlord we've had!
