Cute 2 Bedroom Bungalow in Old Town

My husband and I LOVED this property! L was so welcoming when we got there and super helpful throughout our stay whenever we needed her for anything! The house is equipped with everything you could need and is super close to downtown which was amazing. Coming into the neighborhood can look a little sketchy but we never had any issues, I never felt unsafe (even when my husband was gone for work 12 hours in the day), and all the neighbors are super nice! The house was the perfect size for us and our two small animals. My parents and 2 siblings came to visit for a week and there was plenty of room for all of them as well with all the beds and pull out couch. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Rock Hill and would stay again if we ever came back!

The house is adorable and has everything you need for day to day living! The owners are amazing and easy to get ahold of! The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet! I would definitely recommend this location for any travel nurse!

Excellent property close to amenities and downtown Rock Hill. The landlords have equipped it with everything that you need. The couple that own it are very nice and easy to get along with. If you are working in Rock Hill great place and if you work in the South Charlotte communities well worth the commute.

This property was very nice and perfect for me being a traveler. Friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The landlords are very professional and nice. I enjoyed my entire stay and would highly recommend! :-)

LOVE this place !! As a travel nurse on assignment, its very important for me to have everything I need to function on a daily basis. This cute little house was just perfect for me and my little chihuahua. From the full kitchen to the king-sized bed to the laundry room, it had everything and then some. The beautiful hardwood floors made the place so warm and inviting. The decorations were such a homey touch. The location was just 3.5 miles from the hospital where I was assigned which was perfect because I had to do call a lot. The neighbors were friendly and always looked out for me. The grocery stores were conveniently located and the gas stations were just a mile. I am so blessed to have found this amazing place. Thank you so much Jill for being the most amazing hostess and for being there for me when I asked for room darkening curtains, she immediately put them in and I slept so great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a great place to stay.

My family stayed for over a month and I was very surprised to see the house so clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owner made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We really thank her for that especially since we just moved down here.
