We absolutely loved our stay here! From day one, it truly felt like a real home rather than just a rental. The space is a great size, offers tons of storage, and the king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely, friendly, and fantastic for daily walks. The yard was such a peaceful highlight,it's a wonderful spot to sit back, watch the birds, and see fireflies in the evening. Location-wise, it's ideal: just 15 minutes to get downtown, with quick and easy access to public transportation. Above all, Tracy and Matt were personable, attentive, and simply amazing hosts. Their genuine warmth and friendliness were a huge reason we decided to extend our stay! My partner, our dog, and I could not have asked for a better experience, and we can't recommend Tracy, Matt, and this wonderful home enough.

I had an amazing experience renting this place! The home was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to work, grocery stores, and restaurants. The landlords were very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Any small issues were addressed promptly. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!

Loved living here. It's in a great neighborhood that's close to everything. The main reason I loved it there is M and T. They were so nice, helpful, and just plain great. I cried when I had to leave after my year.

Hidden Gem

Perfect place to stay! Great backyard/outdoor space, spacious, comfortable appartment. Personal parking spot a huge bonus!! Great neighborhood, close to several hospitals, great food and several grocery stores close by. Landlords great to work with, no issues during my stay. Would def. Stay again!!

Quiet Neiborhood with nice location

Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to multiple different hospitals and only a few miles from Piedmont park which, Great location for outdoor activities. Landlords always available when needed and fix maintenance requests quickly. Loved my stay here.
