Excellent Rental

My husband and I, our two young kids, and two cats stayed in this home for 4 months (Aug - Dec) and had a very comfortable stay. Owner is friendly, communicative and responsive. Super quick to respond to questions and requests. Also very flexible in how to lay out the home which we appreciated! House is in a great neighborhood with lots of young families; neighbors were all super friendly. Walking distance to a library, playgrounds, and a delicious bakery. The home had all the basics - we only brought along furniture for the kids and a few extra kitchen items we use regularly (eg espresso machine). Everything worked and was clean, we were very comfortable staying there. If we ever need a furnished rental again we would absolutely return!

Perfection!

This house suited our needs perfectly! It was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the large backyard and darling neighborhood. The neighbors were so nice and the location of the home is perfectly situated between several freeways. Nick and his wife were very accommodating and quick to respond if we had a question or concern. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and the laundry room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home and hope to stay here again.
