Lovely Stay

Thank you Tim! We had a fantastic experience with this home in the heart of Hollywood! Tim was a gracious host and wonderful landlord during our 3 month stay. The location is fantastic and neighborhood is great. If any issues arose, Tim was very responsive and things were handled immediately. We would welcome the opportunity to return to this lovely home.

We had a wonderful experience renting this place in Los Angeles. We were looking for a safe place for our daughter to live while she attended school for two months. We were excited to find this location. From our very first phone call to Tim, he was patient, answered all our questions, and was incredibly responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The neighborhood was very safe, and the size of the unit was perfect for ussmall, cozy, and just right. The property was spotless and very well-maintained. Tim was absolutely fantastic to work with he provided everything we needed. We had no issues during our stay and would happily stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

My family and I (total of 4) lived here during my medical rotations. I had an easy commute because the property is nicely located near bus routes and train routes. If you are planning to have a car the accessibility is great too. I was impressed by the friendliness of Tim and his crew. Whenever I had a question they were super available to help out or give a call and answer my Q. Tim even went above and beyond and collected our shipments when we moved to the area as we were moving cross country and the timing didn't work out for us for our packages to arrive after our arrival. The unit is in great shape and is well kept with the Tom and a management crew You would be lucky to book this spot!!

Home in the Heart of Hollywood

This residence is located in the heart of Hollywood, close to all the popular Los Angeles attractions. You can walk to nearby restaurants, and it is just a 10-15 minute drive to places like Universal Studios and Griffith Park. Tim was an excellent host, making sure I had everything I needed for my month-long stay. The unit is spacious, with a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils, bowls, cups, and other essentials. Although the washer and dryer are shared with two other units, I never had any issues. Parking was easy, with a spot in the driveway and additional street parking if needed. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and greatly appreciated Tim's hospitality and accommodation throughout my time here!

A nice oasis in the middle of Hollywood

Very nice, convenient location in heart of Hollywood. Just a few blocks off of busy Sunset Ave to this tranquil, tree lined street with cute single family homes. This property has 3 living spaces on it with a shared backyard and laundry room. Super safe with a wrought iron fence surrounding the property and security cameras everywhere. The house is spacious with a large master bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Stocked kitchen. The furniture is a little dated but for a rental and the location it's well worth what you pay for it. Parking on site, just have to coordinate spaces with tenants of the other properties. Landlord and handyman are frequently on property making improvements and taking care of the yard and are receptive to anything you may need.

Quiet & Relaxing

Super clean, efficient place. Its loaded with everything one could need & then some. The backyard is shaded with fruit trees and so relaxing! The neighborhood is quiet too. The owner is the nicest person you will ever meet and his staff is always at the ready should you need ANYTHING. I truly didnt want to leave here to move on to my next contract! Do not hesitate to jump on this one if youre lucky enough to find it available!
