Definitely book
Mr. L is such a professional and he is such a great landlord. Very attentive and easy to communicate with. His place is very well kept and nicely decorated. My friend and I stayed here for 3 months on a travel assignment as we are both are travel nurses. His property is equipped with all the necessities.The location is just 10 minutes from Emory University Midtown Hospital. The location is safe and very close to grocery stores. The landlord even has a security system just for his tenants to feel safe. I recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Awesome
L was the best landlord I could have asked for. He was always attentive and willing to address any concerns i mightve had. Its an older area of ATL that is being gentrified. But I had no issues. The neighborhood was safe for me and my family. 5star service. Definitely recommend any Nurses or Healthcare Professionals to contact him for any openings he might have. The location is close to all the Major downtown hospitals locations. 22min to Northside. 20min to Emory Decatur.

Great for travel nurses
L was a great host. Any issues I encountered were always addressed promptly. I felt safe with the security system and the apartment has just about everything you need. Its only about 20-25min (depending on traffic) from Emory main and there are many local attractions within 5-15min drive. I enjoyed my stay and L was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this property to any travel nurse on assignment in Atlanta.

Cozy 2 bedroom
Cozy and comfortable! Well furnished. Had everything I needed. Has a cute little deck to enjoy your morning coffe or whatever. Very short commute to a couple hospitals. Leon was easily reached if needed. Keyless security system, always felt safe. Which was important to me traveling alone. Enjoyed my stay
