Nice!

My in-laws stayed here while visiting us for three months from overseas, and it worked really well for them. The location is great, the neighborhood is peaceful, the townhome is in great condition, and Hanna couldn't have been any nicer or easier to work with!

Amazing location. Amazing landlord.

I rented from June to October 2025 and can attest that Hanna is a very responsive landlord. From meeting us in person to sign the lease agreement to ensuring regular maintenance was completed to keep the home in great condition, she was always attentive and professional. The home is well-equipped and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe for me and my kids. The location doesn't get better than Chapel Hill! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to rent. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic Property!

I loved staying here! It has everything youll need and more! Plenty of storage, space and light. The neighborhood is really friendly, and theres a really cool indie movie theatre just down The road. The area feels safe and well lit, even when walking my dogs late at night. I would absolutely stay here again given the chance it truly felt like home! Thank you Hanna!

Convenient & Cute Townhome in Chapel Hill

We loved this two-level Townhouse in Chapel Hill !!! Clean, cozy, cute and so convenient to UNC CH, Duke & shopping too! This landlord was super helpful & kind from start to finish and we happily give this property 5 stars!

The home has everything you and the location is perfect to quickly get anywhere in Durham or Chapel Hill. The area is quiet and safe, plenty of parking and the home has everything you need for a comfortable stay

H's house was cozy and convenient for both Duke and UNC Chapel Hill. I definitely recommend this home for anyone traveling there. The decor in the house is fun and inviting. H is a great landlord, too!

Loved this stay!

I loved staying at this house! The location was perfect to get to the hospital where I work. I also got to try out great local restaurants and was able to drop in at local gyms. It was also an ideal spot for living with my dogs. I was able to contact H easily for anything I needed. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Perfect for Travel Nurse

So incredibly thankful to find this property to stay at for my new assignment! H has been wonderful to work with thus far. The townhouse was clean and ready for my arrival upon move in. Safe, quaint, quiet area within close proximity of everything!

Amazing and tranquil location!

My wife and I have been renting the townhouse for a little over six months while building a home locally and cannot express enough how much we loved it here! Truly a great place, just bring your clothes and you'll have all the comforts of home. The location itself is a very peaceful, quiet and safe community with tons of nature and friendly neighbors. My wife would enjoy her coffee in the mornings and be in awe of the diversity of birds she could see from the porch. We really enjoy the proximity to downtown Chapel Hill, the endless shopping/dining options nearby and close access to I-40 makes getting anywhere with a car really practical. Also the town of Chapel Hill offers FREE bus services within the city limits which was very convenient. Overall it was the best renting experience we've had, we always felt welcomed and safe here, H was always very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better place!

Nice townhouse and convenient location

We needed a furnished rental while we were house hunting in the area and this has been the perfect place! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near a wonderful park (Cedar Falls) and two shopping plazas (Timberlyne and the Harris Teeter one) with plenty of grocery and takeout options. Also a quick drive to downtown Chapel Hill and other nice hiking areas (Carolina North Forest, Johnston Mill Nature Preserve, and Duke Forest trails), plus easy access to I-40. Hanna is very responsive and handled all minor maintenance requests we had promptly. She was easily reachable by email or text if we had any questions. Highly recommend this home!
