All the comforts of Home

Very tranquil here. Beautifully decorated with an ease of function with all the comforts of home. I stayed a month from Dec to Jan 2025, after my home sold before I ventured to another location. Owners, John & Lavonna, have made sure everything you need is in this sweet comfortable spacious studio retreat in a quiet neighborhood full of beautiful fir trees, just minutes to anywhere you need to go!

"The Best"

This studio is very well located in Eugene. It is in the neighborhood of the Emerald Pool, for lap swim, pool exercise, outdoor hot tub and sauna. They also have outdoor music weekly during the summer. Easy access to everything you need. This studio is at the top of several that I stayed at. It is large and well-appointed, with a full kitchen, incl oven and dishwasher, and small appliances. Comfortable furniture and bed, large B/R, good heat and A/C. The hosts, J and L, are warm and friendly people. If you need it, just ask. They are accommodating.
