Amazing stay and hosts

I originally had a 3 month stay planned but a series of unfortunate events cut that short and I had to leave early. Linda and Gerald were so understanding of the situation and allowed me to leave early without any penalties. One of the most convenient stays I've ever had with a furnished finder. Linda and Gerald treated me like family, anything I needed they were always quick to respond and accommodating. 10/10 on the service, I wish they could be my permanent land lords. The property was amazing, and very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this stay if you have a travel contract at the hospital, you will get plenty of rest and relaxation around here.

So cozy

Very nice area, yard was good size, location was perfect as well. I worked nights and was so easy to sleep during the day. One bedroom and 3 bedroom are right next to each other with a cement patio separating them, I stayed in both. Loved them both. Luckily for the next tenants I cleaned them both very well, as it was pretty bad when I moved in. But didn't bother me cause i love to clean anyways. I'm also big on communication and that seemed to be hard to do, unfortunately I had to keep reaching out to confirm my 30 days notice, I did receive a response 12 days later. But in the end it all worked out good. This was a great stay!!

Perfect location

Found this lovely place and so happy I did. My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom unit enough room for a couple. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I work nights and had no issues sleeping during the day. Located conveniently to all major grocery stores and restaurants. 10 min commute to the hospital. Would love to rent here again when I'm back in the area.

Quiet, Clean, Safe

This place was great! Very clean, safe, quiet, and private location, I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Kingman. Only 8-10 minutes from the hospital, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the neighbors were very nice. I work night shift so I sleep during the day and I didn't have any issues with noise or anything, the area is very quiet. The place was cozy, everything was well-kept, and it had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has towels, linens, and cleaning supplies. Laundry was on-site and easy to access. It is shared with the other neighbors but that was not an issue at all. G and L were great landlords & people as well. They were very kind, always available if I needed anything but did not disrespect privacy, and were always quick to respond to any issues that may have come up. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, safe, clean, quiet place in Kingman, this is it. Thanks G and L!

Quiet with great neighbors

Stayed here from mid January to mid April 2022. My husband and daughter travel with me so the 2 bedroom unit was perfect. Shared laundry but it was easy to have access. Neighbors are great, quiet and safe place to stay. Close to KRMC but just far enough away to be peaceful. House had everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Landlords are quick to respond and take care of any problems you might have.

Travel friendly

I brought my husband and daughter in kingman when I got a contract there and we stayed in both units which has all the things that we needed. Area was safe and quite. Its in the rural area with a quite neighborhood. Never had a problem and felt safe. Over all. We are very happy with our stay. Owners are very accommodating. Will definitely coming back if I get another contract in Kingman.

Pleasant Experience

I had a pleasant experience staying in this house. The owner was nice and helpful. The area was safe and close to my work. The place had everything I needed. I highly recommend staying in this house.
