Upscale Condo in Historic Downtown NW Portland

The Alkire's condo was a great space to call home while getting settled here in Portland. The condo was spacious, neighbors quiet, blackout curtains made it easy to sleep during the day. Access to all transit is a breeze. Walking distance to grocery, pearl, alphabet district and soccer. This was a great landing spot for me while I was transitioning permanently from the East coast. Would recommend!

Amazing spot!

I stayed here for a year and couldnt have asked for a better setup! The apartment is stocked with all the essentials (and much more!) and S & K went out of their way to make sure everything was going well. The condo is a short walk from Trader Joes, Cinema 21, the 15 and 20 bus lines, plus the MAX. Highly recommend this place! So charming and well-situated.

I loved staying at this condo, the building was very quiet and has an elevator which helpful. The property is within walking distance to everything, Fred Meyers was just up the street.The whole house was well equipped and very clean, I especially loved the bathtub and the coffee table that converts into a desk! The owners were really great to work with and were extremely accommodating with my move in/out dates. If I am ever living in Portland again I would love to stay here again!
