Roomy!!

This place was so roomy! I rented it as a single traveler and it was almost too much but the price point was great! Landlord was immediately responsive and very kind. No complaints at all. Very, very close to the hospital district!

Great Rental!

Spacious 2 bed/2 bath townhome in the Medical Center. High ceilings, skylites, and sliding glass door in the living room provide the space with lots of light. Awesome brand new ROKU tv for lots of entertainment. Dedicated covered parking space is a plus. Very quiet and safe location close to everything you would need. Johnathan is very easy to work with and responds immediately. I loved my stay and would definitely rent again!

Great condo!

Really nice accommodations in a great area. Super convenient to Medical Center, northwest companies, shopping, and restaurants, but quiet and safe. Very comfortable, lots of space at a great price, lots of parking, and landlord is easy to work with. Only caveat, second floor entrance, so be prepared for stairs, but highly recommended.
