Furnished, Walk Out Basement Apartment, Safe, Quiet Neighborhood!

Amazing place to stay!!!

I stayed with Matt and Amy at this property for about 9 months while I was working out in Colorado. My stay here was nothing short of fantastic, couldnt have asked for more. Nice neighborhood, nice people, good area, close to lots of stores, parks, and restaurants. Also in very close proximity to Denver. Matt and Amy were very welcoming and always made sure I was ok and asked if I needed anything. I travel for work, and am able to get suddenly moved at anytime but Matt and Amy provided me the flexibility that I needed for my job which was a huge relief for me. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!!

Great Place

M and A were great to work with, I had to leave early and they were very understanding. This place to close to many grocery stores and whatever else you may need. It was a comfortable and cozy place to stay.

Safe clean and convenient!

The place was just what I needed for my short stay! The hosts were great and helped me out immensely by accommodating me while I was there. The place is very cozy, clean and located in a great neighborhood. Would recommend.

Welcoming, cozy, and adorable

M and A were the BEST hosts! They are very welcoming and attentive to any needs. This was my first travel assignment and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The space is very private and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I felt very comfortable taking walks outside or even working out in the living room. I highly recommend them and would stay again!

I stayed here April through early July and M& A's place was absolutely wonderful! The location was great, safe neighborhood, close to lots of fun activities. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Great Hosts and Property

A and M are excellent hosts, quick to respond and address issues immediately. The property is within 20-minute drive to Lutheran Medical Center. Furnishings were adequate clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Review

This has been one of my favorite places since I became a travel nurse. Amiee and Matt are fantastic hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was so clean, I usually have to clean a place before I can put my things away. Ammenities well thought out and provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location is another plus. I highly recommend this apt.
