We loved staying here! Nicely updated apartment, nice and helpful owners , close to grocery stores and a lot of great restaurants

Amazing value in an awesome part of Portland!

The apartment was better than what we were expecting based on the pictures! We booked this place without seeing it in person as we were moving across the country. S and A were very easy to work with and even gave us a virtual tour! The apartment itself has everything you can think of. We didn't have to buy any additional kitchen stuff, there was plenty of storage, both in the apartment as well as an extra storage space right next door. Laundry is onsite and very easy. A lives right up stairs and is very responsive if we ever needed anything. Also there are so many channels on the TV! I got to watch all of the NBA playoffs! Location is phenomenal. You're right on Division, just blocks away from all of the great restaurants, bars, and breweries in Richmond District. Hawthorne is just a short walk away as well. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. In fact, I don't own a car here. Access to public transit is easy as well with a bus stop outside. 10/10!
