Cozy tropical sunshine!

To add on the previous review this place has just the right amount of space, bedroom, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom and closet. It's cozy and perfect for travelers. Has exactly what you need and I would definitely recommend the stay. Occasionally heats up, as stated previously however not that often, but it is Miami and who doesn't love the tropical Miami sunshine! Much better than staying in a hotel. Location is everything and this is a very safe neighborhood and comfortable, Owners are great host!

Great place for travel nurses

Good place to stay for traveler nurses or anyone on business stays. Reasonable spot in town and distance from hospitals considering Miami traffic Walking distance from a few restaurants and other shopping areas. The area is quiet and nice, ducks roaming the neighborhood. This place is pet friendly. The quarters are attached to the owner's home. However there's plenty of privacy and the owners are nice and very respectful. The area is small and it does get a bit hot during the day. I typically work the night shift which is why I noticed. All in all great little place!

Great Apartment in Coral Gables

I stayed here for ten weeks while I was working in Coral Gables and had a wonderful stay. Irene was an absolutely incredible host. She was very friendly and welcoming and made sure that I had everything I needed. The kitchen was fully-equipped for cooking and the entire space was clean and comfortable. All of the appliances worked great. The apartment has an outdoor space for guest use which I really enjoyed as well. The apartment is conveniently-located with lots of stores nearby and quick drives to the airport, Coral Gables, and other parts of Miami.
