Location location location and COMFORT

I highly recommend this place. Owners are great to work with. Great space with an enclosed porch and large kitchen and sitting room. I could have walked to work but didnt. The apt is big and overlooks a lake. The kitchen was well equipped and I only used one bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. I think the bathroom is brand new. I like to walk so I found the pathways along the lake to the beaches and.boardwalk very convenient. The apartment is located near the footbridge to Asbury Park. At least two nights a week I would eat out and often took my dog to outside tables. Several excellent restaurants even Sushi and French. I tried a new coffee place every week. The Starving artist, recommended by the owners for breakfast, should not be missed. A very enjoyable experience for my home away from home. Highly recommend. The apartment was quiet and WiFi was strong. I may get another contract there next year and will definitely be back.

The title is accurate the location of the apt is amazing but it stops there

Please beware.Nothing short of a slumlord in my opinion.The appliances are nonfunctional stove, microwave and refrigerator. The cleaning fees are a joke I spent hrs cleaning spiderwebs, dust, dirt, the dishes had spiderwebs and dust all over them , bedroom sheets had Seimen on them , and the lighting in doesnt work . Havent been giving proper WiFi access . Expect unannounced visits and her and the neighbor invading your privacy by opening the door and just helping themselves to coming into the apt. Also parking is horrendous and not easily accessible with my work and on call schedule. These are just a few examples of my 3 wk stay thus far .

Beautiful location and great decor.

Beautiful place with lots of space both indoor and out. Nice waterview from front yard. I used the bbq area alot. There is a really pleasant path to the beach along the lake and lots to do/see when I wasn't working. There is an incredible porch room where I spent time reading. The living room and bedrooms were sufficiently large to have friends over. The kitchen had a cute built in corner nook for meals and lots of prep space. Dishwasher and microwave were a plus for me as was the washer dryer. Meant I didn't have to find a laundromat. Host was very responsive-highly recommend. 5stars.
