5/5 Excellent Long-Term Stay!

I stayed here shy of 1 year and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The unit was exactly as described: comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay quick to answer any questions and always made sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free long-term rental. Thanks Anna!

My stay in South Hampton

By far one of my favorite furnished finders experiences! Location is great, I always felt safe. I lived in Southampton for 7 months solo with my pup during a contract. The hospitals are pretty close and theres a lot to do in surrounding areas. Anna, the property owner, was always kind, understanding, quick to respond, accommodating, and overall great to work with. Her property is so cute and very cozy. Im a big fan of the stained glass, brick outside, and the overall layout of the space. I happily called this apartment home for a while highly recommend renting this property if youre taking a contract at SLUH/BJC as the drive is about 10minutes. Anna also works with an awesome lady named Bonnie who helped me out a ton and was always super sweet! I could go on about how much I loved this apartment! I hope whoever stays here has the same great experiences I did. Thanks Anna!

Great place!

Host was fantastic and responsive! Space was clean, perfect, and accommodating! Has everything you need for an extended stay. Would recommend this place! 10/10

Winona apt

Nice place to stay, short drive to hospitals. Quiet street, the only issue I really had was I thought the internet was slow. I could also hear the downstairs neighbor dogs barking often but I guess thats part of having neighbors.

Nice Place!

Great place to stay. Safe neighborhood, nice people, close to target, Walmart, Starbuck, and great places to eat! Home is cozy and well taken care of. The landlord is wonderful to work with. Everything was set up nice and provided for! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for great convenience! Parking is street parking however there is usually plenty of places to park out in front of the house. Would highly recommend this place to stay at!

Great place!!

This was a great place to stay while here in STL on assignment. I always felt safe in this neighborhood and all the neighbors were very friendly. Its also only a 10 minute drive to BJH. A was a great landlord as well. She doesnt currently live in STL but responds to texts and calls right away. For example, the first couple of weeks she emailed me asking how everything was going and if I needed anything. I mentioned a microwave and curtains for the bedroom as I work night shift just as an idea for the next tenant. Within the week A had purchased and set up a plan to have both there and set up. She has a really sweet couple who can come by and help with anything that may need fixed at the apartment and they also set up my curtains for me. It was great to have garage parking but I also never had trouble finding street parking. The apartment itself is cozy and inviting and had everything I needed.
