Loved this place!!
I cannot recommend this casita and Janet highly enough! I stayed here for almost 10 months, and it was truly one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. Janet was an incredible landlord always responsive, respectful of my privacy, and genuinely caring. She even helped out with my dog from time to time, which meant so much to me. The casita itself was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and full of thoughtful touches (I’m seriously going to miss that heated toilet seat!). The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I spent many happy evenings relaxing on the couch. My dog loved it just as much as I did. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and the location was fantastic close to Costco, Target, and everything I needed. Leaving was honestly much harder than I expected because this place truly felt like home. I’m so grateful for my time here and would absolutely stay again if I had the chance.

Very Homey
I loved my stay at Janets cottage! It is tucked away behind her main house, with lots of greenery. The place is stocked with a fully functioning kitchen, spacious bedroom and closet, as well as amazing water pressure and a heated toilet seat ;D. Janet was very accommodating and responsive, but also respectful of my privacy. Id definitely stay again if in the area :)

Sweet private cottage.
Loved this sweet place. J is awesome to work with if any needs arise. Could sometimes hear the ocean! Really great and private spot and I would stay there again. Great place for traveling professionals. I have 2 dogs and they were happy as well...lots of sunshine to relax in. Also having a washer and dryer in the unit was key. Great experience.

Private and pet friendly!
This is a stand alone unit behind Janets main house, the separate entrance and the garden/trees make it very private. Totally fenced, great for pets! Easy street parking. Janet is super nice and accommodating. Responsive quickly to any issues you may have. She let me break my lease with two weeks notice after I got canceled 4 days into my contract for low census :( So stressful for me, but she was understanding and even pro-rated for me to leave early. I would recommend this stay
