Perfect for travel nurses!

I stayed in Nancy's places for about 6 months while on a travel assignment and I fell absolutely in love! Nancy's place was very clean when I arrived and I felt very safe in her neighborhood. The neighborhood was absolutely adorable and is great for walking around. There are also several walkable restraunts/coffee shops nearby! Nancy's studio felt just like home. The bed was so comfortable and I really enjoyed the outdoor patio for tanning, sipping morning coffee, or doing some work on the computer. of the studio. Nancy was a very responsive host and always answered any questions or messages promptly. Probably my favorite place I've stayed at on a travel nurse assignment. It's the perfect place for traveling nurses looking for somewhere to stay in phoenix!!

Perfect Little Place

Me and my partner who is a travel nurse at ValleyWise stayed at this little studio. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed every minute of it. The host was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed in this place and had really nice privacy. Its in a beautiful part of the city and close to a lot of different activities! Amazing spot!!

LOVED this place

I loved staying here! Definitely one of the best short term rentals that I've stayed in while travel nursing. Felt very private and safe. Great location. I worked at Banner Estrella (dayshift) while staying here, and it was an easy 15 minute commute to work. I love how much natural light the studio gets during the day. Still appropriate for night shifters since all windows have blackout curtains. The patio was also great for getting some sunshine during the cooler months. The owner/family was always super helpful with any issues. You can tell that a lot of thought went into decorating and making this a comfortable space. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional Hideaway

The Owner and Property are EXCEPTIONAL!! I enjoyed every minute of my stay here! Its close to everything I needed! Such a great location! Communication was easy and any questions I had were answered quickly! I look forward to staying here the next time Im in this area! I appreciate the attention to detail so much! It is so relaxing and rejuvenating!! The cleaning service between tenants is also exceptional!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Little vaca

I loved staying in this unit. The apartment is separated from the house located at the back facing the courtyard and driveway. Theres a bar below the stairs and a nice yard across it. Theres tons of natural light from all the windows and ceiling and you can see the top of the trees in the neighborhood all around. Theres also a patio with lounges and small grill to use for a bbq on a breezy night. It had everything I needed and more. Got snacks and ice ready not to mention a full keurig tray of coffee when I moved in. The linens were fresh and clean with tons of towels. What I loved most was the privacy. I also felt secure because theres a gate with cameras and night lights at the entrance. It was quite cozy that I almost felt like I wasnt there for work. N was amazing! She regularly checks on me picked my mail and made sure I was comfortable. She even offered her parking spot whenever shes out. She was awesome. Will definitely recommend staying here. Thanks N!!

What a great spot! The owner, Nancy, was extremely responsive during my stay and made sure I was comfortable/had everything I may need. The space is on the smaller side, but the porch, wonderful outdoor area, and large couch make up for it, and make it feel like a separate living space. I would definitely recommend staying here, as its a safe area in a centralized part of town. Thanks for everything! I will definitely be back.
