Our home sits on a dead and street. So, its nice and quiet. First Rapids is three minutes away, which is great for walking the pups or enjoying the river. Downtown is an additional seven minute walk from there, making it easy to enjoy all that Bend has to offer.

Amazing place to live!
Francine and Dave were absolutely wonderful landlords. Their place was spotless on arrival and all the furniture, kitchenware and appliances we could need were included. The place is an easy walk into the heart of downtown and you are a 2 minute walk from the deschutes river trail! So many parks are around! The place has huge window for natural light and our bedroom has big sliding doors! The storage and walking closet provide ample options for keeping extra things. We probably would have stayed longer had we not fallen in love with Bend and purchased a house!
