Really great stay

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Being out of town at the time, I rented this unit site unseen. What a relief when I first arrived! This place is very spacious, with plenty of storage. The area is really peaceful and quiet. I loved the location. Was happy to find a great traffic-free route to go for a 3 mile run right from the front door. Unit was very quiet - never heard the person that lived below me. Arrival & move-in was easy. The owner is very easy to communicate with, and easy to reach when needed. Some of the other positives: * Light-filled space with great views from all windows. * Easy, hassle-free, & abundant parking. * Full-sized kitchen with great counter space. * Great bathroom area with extra deep tub for those that enjoy the benefits of a great bath. * Golden Pion - awesome restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. * Laundry room is just down the stairs, and was always clean, in good working order, and rarely too busy.

Great Condo

This is a great unit in the Quail Ridge condos. Its feels really spacious, even the kitchen and bathroom. You can tell its been recently renovated. The landlady Lianne is very helpful. Highly recommend.
