Home away from home, short walk to beach

Hosts are AMAZING and friendly and Johnny-on-the-spot if the slightest thing goes wrong. Unit was spotless, exceptionally well-furnished, kitchen had everything you could want. Two grills on site! 8 minute walk from Kailua Beach, one of the best on the planet. Convenient to all shopping (can walk to most).

Paradise!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit! It worked out great as everything was there that we needed both in the unit and beach toys! The hosts were wonderful! They gave us our privacy but also were more than willing to help if we needed something! We appreciated their hospitality! Beautiful Kailua Beach is only a 10-minute walk and Kailua Town approximately 15-minute walk. It's really a perfection location! All in all, we had a great time! We will be back again! Thanks R & N!

Peaceful and welcoming

I can't recommend this property or the hosts, Rick and Nancy, more highly - their consideration for your comfort, willingness to help, and ability to come up with great solutions to any issues or questions are above and beyond. I walked to the beach or the shopping center or both most days, as the property is perfectly situated between them. The lanai was really pleasant for sitting out and enjoying the breezes and the bungalow was stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals along with many other thoughtful amenities. It was comfortable indoors as well; the breezes blow through very nicely much of the time, but the AC is quiet and effective if needed and there are many entertainment options with cable and streaming. The fixtures, interior finishings and furnishings are all high quality and everything was spotless. Ive stayed at other places where it was difficult to impossible to contact the host or get problems resolved, and this was the exact opposite - Rick and Nancy were responsive and proactively helpful and kind from the moment I arrived. It felt very much like a home away from home as well as an ideal vacation spot!

R and N were great hosts! Their rental is very well stocked. I cooked most of my meals here and had all of the kitchen equipment I needed. They let me borrow a bike and I could go grocery shopping, get coffee, ride to the beach, and ride to a hike. Perfect location. Loved it! So homey and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Convenient

The bungalow was a perfect spot for my wife and I. The location was great, it was quick walk to the shops and beaches of Kailua. The hosts were super hospitable and were always quick to help if we ever needed anything. We had to work some on the holiday and the desk worked out great. We will definitely stay again when we come back.
