Clean private home with loving dogs

I have stayed for 3 years and a couple of months in this rental. I was initially planning to stay short term but ended up staying for a longer term! While I was in Lindsey’s home, I always had the privacy that I needed after a long day’s work. I loved having my own space such as having my own bathroom, TV room and bedroom at a good rental price! Being able to park in the garage gave my car respite from the Vegas heat which was a big plus! I had extra storage space as well. It is also the home of three loveable dogs! They always make sure to welcome you warmly when you get home which I miss now that I have moved out. It was a clean and comfortable stay that I would recommend to both short and long term renters!

Porkchop is your New Best Friend!

My fiance and I are so grateful we were able to rent a room in this clean and quiet home. We were so happy we were able to have our two small pups with us; and Porkchop (the Resident Pug and true owner of the home lol) was always ready for love and snuggles! We had our own side of the upstairs space with access to a private bath and living area; but the owner, L, allowed us full access to use the downstairs kitchen, living area, garage space and backyard as well. L is to herself most of the time and won't "bother" you, if you're worried about an overly involved roomie. Although, we've had some fun.... a few game nights, meals, and a backyard project we did together. When she goes out of town she may ask you to help watch "Mr. Chops" as we call him. L's organization is top tier and reallllly appreciated it in the kitchen and cabinets. All in all, great space and feels like your own little apartment upstairs. Great space for RnR.

Perfect home away from home!

This was a perfect set up for my fianc and I with our dog! The backyard is perfect for a furry friend and also our pup loved the dog Porkchop who lives here! Hes so sweet and loves anyone who comes in the house. The owner Lindsey is super relaxed and easy to live with. 10/10 would recommend this place! We were hesitant to have a house-mate but were so happy with the outcome. Everything is provided and made packing that much easier! Its a nicer area of Las Vegas too so that is a plus. I have nothing but good things to say. If your a travel healthcare professional - this is a perfect setup.
