Neighborhood overview
This property is 1/2 block from the Pacific which is a wonderful place to swim, surf, walk and relax. If youn leave your windows open at night (which I do) you can hear the ocean. It is also walking distance to a great grocery store, many restaurants, a library and much more. If your driving it's 15 minutes to almost everything you need.

Wonderful Property and Landlord
I stayed here for 5 months and miss it already. Theresa is a great landlord and always very accommodating. The unit is located right in the heart of OB with tons of restaurants, bars, and pretty much everything else you need within walking distance. The beach is just half a block away and you can even hear the waves breaking onto the beach when the surf is high.
