City Place Condo One

This was a great place for me to stay. It was super clean, cozy, comfortable, and secure. This was perfect a perfect solution for my somewhat stressful relocation. I loved the area so much I moved nearby! Dan and Dave were both great and very responsive, although I didn't really have much of a need to reach out as everything is fully updated. The unit had everything I needed; I would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect place to stay. D is an amazing landlord. The building is very secure, and I always felt safe. This apartment is comfortable and has everything you would need.

This unit is cozy and made me feel at home during my stay. D was awesome with checking in with anything I would have needed during my stay as well. I highly recommend this property, which sits in a convenient area of STL. There is plenty of shopping and excellent places to eat nearby, plus it is a quick drive to 2 large hospitals.

I had an amazing stay here! The condo was spacious and clean. The landlord was very helpful when I had any questions and having access to the condos Netflix account was a very nice benefit to my stay. It was wonderful being only a 2 minute walk from an amazing Mexican restaurant and Aldi. It was also great to have other stores and restaurants nearby and being right off of I-270. If I am ever back in St. Louis I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in this Condo for a full year and I can't say enough how much I enjoyed staying here! I wish I could take this condo with me on all my travel assignments. D is the best landlord anyone could ask for. If you have any issues that arise, D gets it taken care of in a timely manner. Everything in the condo is high quality from top to bottom including all the amenities provided. All the residents that live in the building are very friendly and treat you as a member of the community. The condo is also very well insulated so you do not hear much of whats going on outside. I highly recommend this condo & all other properties that D rents out. I would not hesitate to rent one of D's properties again and hope to do so in the future.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this beautiful condo and the fantastic landlord that comes along with it!=) I had such a phenomenal stay here! Dan has everything you could need in your home away from home. I was blown away and very impressed to his attention to detail in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I didnt need to bring anything except my clothes and toiletries, and thats such a tremendous help when traveling. Dan will make sure your stay is pleasant and that you have what you need. He has you covered! The condo itself is extremely gorgeous and has an in unit washer & dryer and even a Keurig! The bed is super comfy and theres a TV in the bedroom too. The tenants in the complex are extremely friendly and helpful. The complex and the grounds are well kept and quite stunning. I HIGHLY recommend this condo and it met all my expectations and beyond. NO COMPLAINTS! It even has a carport and pool! Couldnt ask for much more! I hope I can stay again!!
