I loved my stay here

This tiny apartment had everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The closet had enough space for my 3 month stay. There's a free laundry room on the property. It's in a great location; close to hospitals, dining, and entertainment. I felt safe there. Each apartment has a security door so I was able to open the main door and leave the security door locked and enjoy the nice weather. I already miss ABQ.

Would recommend

I stayed here back in 2020 and again in 2024. There is a parcel box where packages can be delivered, washer/dryer is close and easy to use. The flood lights in the backyard and back fence has made it feel much safer. In the back alley all of the yards are fenced except one and it has decreased traffic drastically. I actually walk through the alley to get to work. I love the apartment I rented, it has the basic necessities and is easy to clean. Jeff has made an effort to make things safer/more efficient overall and addresses needs as they arise. I would rent here again.

dirty

This place was dirty when I arrived despite paying a cleaning fee and the blinds were broken for weeks. Animal and human hair was EVERYWHERE (including the bedsheets) along with mold in the loud air conditioner and bathroom. After attempting to clean it myself, it later flooded in the apartment and I was expected to clean it up myself again until I complained and threatened to leave. I was told I would still owe money if I left despite it being moldy and uninhabitable. $210 cleaning fee was taken from my refundable deposit even though it wasn't my fault it flooded. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. My neighbors car was stolen from the yard and random men constantly survey the place to steal packages and who knows what else. There are no cameras nor adequate night lights and the dirt backyard opens to an alley where people sleep. The landlord is unprofessional.

Fabulous

Amazing. He has the place set up so you could literally show up with just your clothes and personal items. There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, along with stuff I wouldn't even think of like a teapot and a food scale, lol. Full size fridge with apt size oven and a microwave. 3/4 bath with towels and even shampoo and bath wash in the shower. :) Free laundry on site. Everyone living on the property are nurses, and you know how we do. When we're not working, we're sleeping or have headphones on lying in bed, lol, so it's super quiet. Would totally stay here again.

everything ypu need!

This was perfect for me. Great area in a nice neighborhood. Everything you need is in walking distance. J was always available for anything and quick to respond. I had awesome neighbors who were also traveling medical professionals so it was a little community which felt less lonely. Im a cyclist so having the best bike route right outside the front door was amazing! Absolutely recommend and would stay again!
