Peaceful

Really enjoyed our stay here. The pans were nice and not gross like many short term rentals. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Overall a great stay with no complaints. Judy was a great landlord. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice property centrally located

I stayed at J's bungalow apartments for a total of 8 months and would have stayed longer if my situation hadn't changed, with many of the residents also extending as they like it so much. The country feel is an added bonus(with the chickens part of the year), and some residents have pets which was nice for me. She has done a great job on these units with the high end furnishings and is very responsive to any maintenance issues as well as being accommodating to some changes. The area is fantastic as it is centrally located and close to almost everything including grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, storage facility(across street!), hospitals, a neighborhood to walk in(including Sigfried and Roy's old mansion!) and a golf course/park, etc. It's just a really cute property with old LV charm in a very safe security gated complex. All in all, a very enjoyable place to stay if you are in transition to Vegas or here for a short term contract opportunity.

Great place!

What a great place to live! Clean, recently remodeled and in a safe area, with everything you need. I really appreciated the quality of the furnishings - nice couch, bed and kitchen gear. J takes great care of the property and is very responsive. I've lived in many places and this is my absolute favorite.

A charming little community of neighbors.

I stayed in one of J's charming cottage apartments for 3 months this year. This place is a balance of comfort and character. Judy is responsive to tenants and takes good care of the property. There is lovely landscaping, and I enjoyed being part of quiet little community of neighbors.

Quiet + Comfortable Studio, Perfect for Business Professionals

I very much enjoyed my time at J's studio. It felt like a hidden oasis, removed from the hustle and bustle of Vegas, but still very easy to access anything you might need. The studio has been nicely remodeled with new kitchen appliances, spacious bathroom, and large TV with all of the streaming channels you could possibly need. I was able to access the internet without a problem, receive mail easily, and had a strong cell signal, all which were very helpful for working from home. I enjoyed the private patio and having a covered carport right next to my unit. Everyone in the 5-unit complex were quiet and courteous, and having an entry gate made me feel very safe. Overall, I'd highly recommend J's comfortable studio apartment.

Great stay! Recommend!

Very cute studio, clean and organized! Kitchen fully equipped. My partner and I stayed and we absolutely recommend. J was very helpful and was available to help us with everything we needed! I would come back here for sure!
