Amazing experience throughout

I had an amazing month at the studio! It was fully equipped with everything I needed: kitchen essentials, a private bathroom and private AC control. Hania was so kind and easy to talk to! Just a very lovely experience! She even gave me a small tour of Miami! Would definitively stay with her again! 100% recommend!

Ants in the fridge and not control over AC

The room is very small but clean. The bad things was that you had no control over the AC and my first night I was very hot and asked her why can't I find that AC control. You don't have access in the room and she told me if I wasn't happy that she would take my $500 deposit and I had to be out on December 6th which was only 5 days and the rent was $1000. Then the next morning she text me at 0844 and told me that since I wasn't happy that she would give me back my money and I had to be out by 1200. I just drove here from another stated and was working nights and had no way of packing all of my stuff finding another place in several hours. It is against the law to do that anyway. I paid that other $500 as we agreed and planned on moving as soon as I could. The other thing that grossed me out was the ants in the fridge and I am not talking about a few of them. I moved out as quickly as I could be cause I didn't feel comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
