Historic Hillcrest Guest House

This place is our home for 5 months.

Located in a safe neighbourhood Hillcrest, M's apartment is very private and spacious with plenty of natural light. It's well equipped with high standard appliances and has plenty stock of cutleries, crockeries, utensils and cookware. The open-planned kitchen toward living room and good sizes bedroom and bathroom made us feel very relaxing and comfortable. Carpark is also easy to access. M is very generous and promptly respond. She provided us more than what we needed and also gave us an utmost privacy. M's outstanding hospitality coupled with her comfortable apartment made us feel like home away from home quickly. We were very reluctant to leave after 5-month stay. If we had to stay in Little Rock again, definitely I would come back to stay with her.

Best FF in Little Rock

I rented M's guesthouse for a year while I was on my travel nursing assignment in LR. Initially, I chose M's place bc it was closest to a friend, but it ended up being the perfect place for me. Hillcrest is a safe and cute historic neighborhood. I felt very safe living here alone. The guesthouse is walking distance from Kroger, cute shops, coffee shops, bars, & restaurants. I found myself walking when it wasn't blistering hot. The apartment itself fit all my needs: off-street parking, in-unit laundry, wifi, & a private retreat after a long shift. The guesthouse is in close proximity to M's place & the neighbors (shared yard), but it is not an issue as everyone is quiet & respectful of each other. M is a text away if you have any concerns or something needs to be addressed in the apartment. FYI, if you think you'll stay longer than your initial lease let her know when you sign. It was rented out after me b4 I moved in, but it all worked out as I stayed a year. I would gladly rent again!

Amazing guest house

This was the best place I couldve stayed at during my assignment in Little Rock. It has everything you need. The washer and dryer IN UNIT is something you wont find at many short term leases. Its about 5 minutes from St.Vincent and 10 from Baptist. Its in a safe neighborhood and the neighbors are awesome. M is an amazing host and is super easy to get in contact with if somethings needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend M's place! My lab and I stayed for a 3 month rotation here and fell in love with the charm of Hillcrest and this quaint guest house. Perfect space for us, cozy and homey but not too small. The neighborhood felt very safe, something that I valued greatly! There is yard space for your pup to play, and we also enjoyed walking the block every day. The neighbors around the block are very friendly as well. There is also a street light right by your parking space, which can fit 2 vehicles and is directly in front of the house. The house is walking distance from some good shops, a dog groomer's, and a few good restaurants. Also just a couple minute drive from Kroger and nice park. Everywhere else I needed to go was no more than 15 minutes from this location (gym, Target, Trader Joe's, etc.). M was a wonderful landlord and quick to answer any questions I had. It quickly felt like home and is a must if you are looking for housing in the Little Rock area!
