Beautiful home, great neighborhood and even better landlord.

I stayed in this house for a year. About 4 months solo with my doggo and then the rest of the time with Jeremy as my roomie. This house is beautiful. Jeremy renovated it himself and the kitchen is a dream. For someone that likes to meal prep, this kitchen has it all, and the space to do it. Each bedroom has a very comfy king size bed and bathroom. I stayed in the room with a sliding door to the backyard and pool, great for letting my dog out whenever I wanted. The house is very comfy and has a nice porch swing to watch the world and hang out with local kitty cat, Hank. Jeremy is a great guy that is very laid back and accommodating. He wants to make sure you feel at home, and you will. The location of this house couldn't be more perfect. In my opinion this is the best place to live in Phoenix.. It is a great neighborhood to walk around. You are walking distance to historic Grand Ave. Roosevelt Row, all the music venues, restaurants, and sports venues. Your close to the light rail if you want to get to Tempe or downtown Mesa as well, and an easy hop on the highway to get out of town. I loved this house, and Jeremy was the best landlord and roommate I have had in my 8 years of being a travel nurse. This was the first place in all my travel years that I actually felt like I was home.

Beautiful house and awesome landlord

Jeremys house is every travel nurses dream. Close to a hospital, private bed and bath, and all utilities included. Not to mention a pretty cool owner! Sometimes Jeremy makes me feel like Im the owner of the house and hes the renter. He always ask you for permission before doing anything, which should be the other way around Great quiet neighborhood. I think we became the loudest house as soon as I got there because we would always be throwing parties, with Jeremys permission of course. If you see this available on this site you better take it as soon as you can. Highly recommended
