Perfection

This place is amazing! You get your own bathroom, mini fridge and microwave and your own space! The hosts were lovely and kind, even giving me a welcome gift before my arrival. They have all the essential items you need already in the room. Nice pool and views, everything is as pictured so you dont have to worry about that. Stop searching and book this listing if its available! Thank me later.

Delightful stay

I had the most amazing time staying here with such kind and incredible hosts. It is in a great location across the park and located right on the lake with otherworldly views (especially during sunset). Highly recommend

A MUST STAY

When I got there I told D this feels like a healing place and it most definitely was! Its a good space to rest and unwind from the busy city of Miami and Miryam and D have become like family to me. D is an amazing cook and if your luck he might invite you to have dinner with them or hell just leave you a piece of lasagna in the fridge. (my favorite!) We enjoyed having a glass of wine together some nights and I was always invited to barbecues. They even made me food when I got sick with Covid. As much as I loved spending time with them they also gave me a lot of space to be in my room or enjoy the backyard. I spent a lot of time outside suntanning by their pool and many evening on the dock, watching lightning storms roll in or the priceless sunset! Right across the street is a beautiful park, with little ponds and paved walking trails. Id take my service dog on walks over there all the time. You wont find better people or views in all Miami!!

Phenomenal Property, Hosts, and Neighborhood

D and M were wonderful hosts and really made sure that my stay was comfortable and I had all that I needed. The room was very spacious and and I was able to study, work, and sleep in complete peace. The view of the lake from the deck was my favorite feature of the property, and I quickly realized it's impossible to have a bad day after starting a day with a cup of coffee on the lake. I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone staying in/around Miami. Thanks D and M!!! :)

Hidden Gem

I rented this room for about 5 months, and it was one of the best experiences I could have had! The owner is one of the kindest, most easy going individuals you could rent a room from. I loved staying at this home. I had privacy throughout my stay. The room and bathroom are very spacious. This room is worth the price. The neighborhood this home in, is quiet and safe. There is a lake at the back of the house and a beautiful park right across the street. This is the type of home you look forward to coming home to, after a long works shift. I am thankful, I found this place. I cant say enough great things about my stay here! The place was the perfect location. Its close to Publix, Target as well as different food establishments. I was a travel nurse at Baptist hospital and my drive was only 10 minutes. I had my own room with bathroom, kitchenette, plenty of storage spaces for my clothes. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

Must rent this space !

I cannot find the words to express my gratitude toward the home owners D and M. They are very nice people and very accommodating. The house is emaculate , and located on a lake. The views are amazing and you will have access to outside deck by the lake . Its very safe area and I loved spending time at tropical park , located across the street. Its a great area to walk, exercise , or just relax. The home is located 3 miles from South Miami hospital, and close to the highway. The bed is very comfortable, and you would, have your own bathroom. There is also a big screen smart tv with free dish network. I loved my time there and gained new friendships. They are super great people and this rental is a hidden gem.

Nice accommodations and friendly owners

D and M were wonderful host. They had nice trinkets to start my stay like soap, toothpaste, bottle of wine, hand soap and sanitizer to name a few. They had beach towels and accommodations to go to the beach or sit out by the lake. I really enjoyed my weekend mornings sitting out by the lake having my coffee. That was nice and relaxing. I even snorkeled in the lake twice and saw cool fish in there. D and M were very accommodating and easy to work with. The room, bathroom and closet were nice size. The refrigerator was the larger dorm/ college type refrigerator, so no real freezer.. if I had any negative thing to say it would be I wish it was a little bigger refrigerator with a true freezer, but I have to admit they asked me in the beginning to make sure I read the description. The location was awesome for me and they were great.

Beautiful lake and park

The location was great and the surrounding area was beautiful. Being very convenient to the hospital it made my stay very pleasant. Thank you to the owners for being so hospitable.

2 Month Stay

Daniel & Mariam were excellent and amazing hosts. I could not say enough great things about them. Both of them were extremely accommodating, helpful and kind. I worked nights at Baptist Hospital and it was close enough to not need a car and the room was perfect to sleep both day and nights. The view of the lake was breathtaking and I enjoyed every second of going out into the backyard. The room itself was quiet, private and everything I could ever need and more. I honestly loved every second of my stay and highly recommend it.
